Responsible

The Responsible is is saved in a separate table. Responsible can be persons or functions which are responsible for the follow up and the close out of corrective actions from observations. It is recommended to use functions such as Master; Vetting Manager rather than names, because names are changing more frequently.

To enter responsible names into the responsible table select Edit>Responsible.

The Responsible Setup window will open. If you want to enter a new responsible click the New button. Enter the name into the box and click OK. The name will be added at the end of the list. Click Save to make changes active.
