Inspector

Click in 3D top menu on Edit, Inspectors or connect with web browser to 3dadmin.chemserve.eu and enter your 3D username and password.

Pls note:
3D inspectors need a report type. In case the same individual carries out, for example, SIRE and CDI inspections, the name has to be entered twice in the 3D inspector table.
Inspectors cannot be deleted. In case you want to get rid of an inspector you must replace this inspector by another one.

Click on Create new inspector and enter:
First name
Last Name
Report type for which you want to use this inspector.
In case the same inspector is need for other report types the same name has to be entered for the other reprt type as well.

Type the name of the inspector (first or last or both) into the search box and select the record that requires editing from the list. Select the edit icon and enter desired changes and Save.

Although 3D does not allow to delete an inspector record, wrong entries can be replaced by another inspector. Attention! The name other inspector must be entered wit the same report type.
Type the name that requires replacement into the search box. Select the name from the list and click the move icon. Now another search window appears and asks for the name of te inspector who shall come instead. Select the name that you want to appear in the future and click on the tick-mark or text next to it.
Check the info text and if everyting is OK, click Apply.
