HSE Events

This Report Types has been used up to November 2007 to record all events that are not related to inspections. Non Conformities comprises all sorts of shipboard events. Non Conformities will be replaced in the near future by the new Report Type HSE Events (see below). Non Conformities are divided into Types and Subtypes. The Type Accident or Marine Injury and related Subtypes are linked to the Marine Injury Report.
For the time being just one observation can be entered for one Non Conformity Report.

This new Report Type comprises a wide variety of shipboard events. Major groups are Personal injuries, Vessel casualties, Cargo related damage, Environmental pollution, Machinery equipment failure, Navigational equipment failure, Non conformities, and Illegal events. A complete List of all Events that are available can be found here. The events listed in the group Personal Injury are linked to the Marine Injury Report (Safety Performance Report).
